COURSE OVERVIEW
The course is intended to highlight how claims develop during construction projects and how to develop a management system which results in avoiding the claim were ever possible.

Surveyors contract managers and site managers.
AIMS
The aim of the course is to provide the delegates with a firm understanding how claims develop and how to install the procedures to avoid them and if this cannot be achieved then how to present a claim.

COURSE CONTENT
The course will consider the contract clauses under which claims develop. The information which the contractor needs in order to justify the claim and the procedures needed to evaluate and agree a settlement with the employer.
BENEFITS
The course provides the delegates with an understanding of how claims arise and the steps which should be taken to avoid them. If this cannot be achieved then they will gain an understanding of how they should be prepared and presented.
