COURSE OVERVIEW
The course will consider the processes required in order to obtain the best practice and most effect manner of securing goods and services by employers and contractors for building and civil engineering contracts and managing those contracts to ensure compliance with time cost and quality. Consideration will also be given to dealing with disputes that might arise and how these can be over come.

The aim of the course is to provide the attendees with an understanding and expectations of these types of agreements.

COURSE CONTENT
The course will examine who employers wish to procure works through these procedures and how they should react and work with the employer. Consideration is also given to the manner in which contractors can enter into such arrangements with sub contractors and suppliers. There will also be some consideration of how disputes can arise and how to deal with them.
