THE JCT RANGE OF CONTRACTS & SUB CONTRACTS

COURSE OVERVIEW
The course is intended to give an overview of the various forms of JCT main and sub contract documents and to what sort of projects they apply. The course will look at the various procedures that form part of in particular the sub contract documents. The course will look at client and contractor amendments.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Estimators buyers surveyors and contract managers.
AIMS
The aim is to ensure that delegates have an understanding of the differences between the different types of contract and the projects to which they should apply. Delegates should also have an understanding as to how they should be completed.

The course will consider all the JCT forms of contract and sub contract the types of project upon which they should be used and the associated paperwork.
