COURSE OVERVIEW
The course is intended to give an understanding of the planning work which should be undertaken prior to the submission of a tender. From the programme the importance of properly built-up preliminaries in any contract sub-mission.

Estimators surveyors and contract managers engaged in pre-tender analysis.

AIMS
The aim is to ensure that delegates have a good understanding of the need for pre-tender planning and the understanding of the need for developing preliminary costs which reflect in the project to be undertaken.

The course will consider the level of detail required in preparing a pre-tender programme together with the build up of preliminaries. It will also include worked exercises.
