COURSE OVERVIEW This programme highlights the basic skills, techniques and qualities required to successfully supervise a team. As they take the first step on the management ladder most supervisors lack the confidence required to take the giant step from being responsible for their own work, to that of being responsible for others achievements. Far too often individuals are promoted to supervisor without being given the relevant skills.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND Anyone, who is likely to be promoted to supervisor or within there first year of carrying out the job role, should benefit from this programme. However, it will act as a useful refresher for any supervisor who has not received any formal training within the last five years.
